Susan is a technical writer with four years of experience planning, researching, writing, and editing software documentation. She has got excellent grammar skills, minimalist documentation design, and effective information architecture by learning technical writing and editing certificate courses and putting learned knowledge into use.

She worked as a system analyst and developer for ten+ years. She has extensive experience with Linux shell script, web application development, database design, and multiple programming languages, including Jave, C/C++, SQL, Python, JaveScript, HTML/CSS, XML, JSON, etc.

She holds a provincial (B.C.) instructor diploma and teaches Python in a learning center once a week because she loves teaching. She had about six years of university and college teaching experience in China.
